How to care for the Double Full Dog Guard

【Washing】
⚫︎When using a washing machine
・Always use a laundry net.
・Select a gentle cycle such as dry (hand wash course) on your washing machine.
・Water temperature should be 30℃ or below.
・Do not use fabric softener; use a neutral detergent (for delicate clothing) or a detergent for water-repellent fabrics.
Fabric softener may impair the original properties of the fabric, so please be sure to check the detergent's ingredients.
Do not use bleach or detergents containing bleach.
・Rinse thoroughly (twice).
Detergent residue on the fabric will impair its water repellency.
・Set the spin cycle to the minimum (about 1 minute).

・Avoid rubbing; press wash.

・Place in a washing machine for spinning. Put it in a laundry net and set the spin cycle to the minimum (about 1 minute).
【Drying / Storage】
After washing, open the zipper to allow for good ventilation and hang dry in the shade as much as possible.
Please store in a place away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and high humidity after it has completely dried.
Tumble dryers cannot be used.
【Maintenance Method】
Our products use a highly durable water-repellent finish. Even if the water repellency temporarily decreases due to friction, dirt, long-term use, or repeated washing, it can be restored with proper care.
〈Heat treatment with an iron〉
After washing off dirt and the garment is completely dry, set the iron to a low temperature (max 120 degrees). Place a pressing cloth over the fabric and gently iron, sliding it slowly without applying pressure, to restore water repellency close to its original state.
※If water repellency is no longer restored even after ironing for a long time, please re-apply a commercially available water repellent.

【About Crotch Cut】
A crotch cut is usually a large opening in the belly area of coveralls to allow male dogs to urinate easily. However, ALPHAICON believes that the areas to cover differ for male and female dogs.
Therefore, we have made the belly area, which tends to get dirty during walks, a double-layered structure. Girls can use it as is, and it is designed to be cut with scissors to fit the position for boys. (Utility Model Registration No. 3162137)
