About delivery and shipping charges

・About time designation
The following delivery times can be specified for Sagawa Express. Please specify on the cart screen.
■ Cool delivery (rare meat only)
Standard shipping fee: 550 yen (tax included) + Cool delivery fee: 550 yen (tax included)
Products will be shipped by Yamato Transport within 7 business days after your order is confirmed.
*If the total amount of products eligible for refrigerated delivery is 11,000 yen (tax included) or more, [standard shipping charges will be free], but you will be responsible for the refrigerated delivery charge of 550 yen.
*Relay fees may apply to remote islands and some areas. If you are in such an area, we will contact you separately.
* Cool delivery items and regular delivery items cannot be shipped together.
*Due to circumstances, cash on delivery is not available for products that require refrigerated delivery.
*We do not ship refrigerated parcels on Tuesdays.
■ International shipping
We accept overseas shipments to countries that can use Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service).
Shipping costs are 2,000 yen for Asia and 3,000 yen for other regions. *This may fluctuate depending on the dollar conversion rate.
Payment can be made by credit card or Paypal.
We cannot accept specific delivery dates. Unlike regular courier services, it may take some time before your order is shipped.
When placing your order, please select your country and enter your overseas address. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically.

Shipping fee: 327 yen (tax included) nationwide
This is a service that delivers products to your mailbox.
Cash on delivery payment and delivery date and time cannot be specified, but shipping costs are low.
*The item will be delivered to your mailbox using Japan Post's delivery network.

After receiving your package, a postal worker will deliver it to your mailbox in approximately 4 days to 1 week.
* If the delivery address is far away or on a remote island, it may take additional days.
