About delivery and shipping charges

Takkyubin (Sagawa Express) cool delivery service can be delivered by Yamato Transport, and some eligible products can also be delivered by Nekoposu.

Shipping fee: 550 yen (tax included) nationwide, 330 yen (tax included) within Hokkaido
[Shipping and COD fees are free] for purchases over 11,000 yen (tax included)

*Broadcast charges apply for Okinawa, remote islands, and some areas. We will contact you separately if this applies to your area.

・Estimated delivery days

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days.
*Please note that delays may occur due to weather, traffic conditions, or a rush of orders.

It will be shipped from Hokkaido.
*Delays may occur depending on transportation conditions.

・About time specification

You can specify the following times for delivery via Sagawa Express. Please write in the communication column.

■Cool delivery shipping (rare meat only)

In response to a request from our partner shipping company to significantly increase shipping costs, we have decided to revise the "Cool Delivery Price" for shipments from November 1, 2023 onward as follows.
There are no changes to shipping charges for regular products.

Before revision: 450 yen (tax included)
Revised shipping fee: 550 yen (tax included)
Revision date: From 17:00 on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, the actual shipping charges after the revision are as follows.

Standard shipping fee for delivery within Hokkaido: 330 yen (tax included) + Cool delivery fee: 550 yen (tax included)

Shipping nationwide except Hokkaido Standard shipping fee: 550 yen (tax included) + Cool delivery fee: 550 yen (tax included))

Products will be shipped by Yamato Transport within 3 business days after your order is confirmed.
*If the total amount of items eligible for cool delivery is 11,000 yen (tax included) or more, [normal shipping fee is free], and you will be responsible for the 550 yen cool delivery fee.
*Relay fees may apply to remote islands and some areas. We will contact you separately if this applies to your area.
*Cool delivery products and regular delivery products cannot be bundled together.
*Cool delivery is closed every Tuesday.

■Post mailing (formerly Nekoposu)

Shipping fee: 272 yen nationwide (tax included)

If you would like to use this service, please enter "Postal mailing preference" in the "Other inquiries" field when ordering.

This is a service that allows you to send products to the post.
Although cash on delivery payment and delivery date and time cannot be specified, shipping costs are low.
*We will use Japan Post's delivery network to deliver the package to your post.

*Please let us know your postal code, address, and name accurately. This may cause delays or loss of delivery. Also, please note that if your name is different from the name on the mailbox or the name on the nameplate, your mail will not be mailed.
*Packages and outer boxes may be crushed during shipping. If there is no problem with the product itself, we will not provide replacement or repair services.
*Packages addressed to PO boxes cannot be shipped.
*Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage during delivery, as it will be treated the same as regular mail.
In the unlikely event that a problem occurs, such as ``the product not being delivered,'' the customer is responsible for dealing with the problem himself/herself.
There is a possibility of the item being stolen or lost. We are sorry, but neither our store nor Yamato Transport will provide any compensation in that case. If you are concerned, we recommend courier delivery.

<What to do if there is an accident during delivery>
If the delivery record is incomplete.
(*If the delivery company confirms that the item has been lost), we will send the item again.

If it is marked as delivered.
(*If the item has already been placed in the mailbox and is stolen or lost after delivery) Regardless of the purchase price, we will refund up to the amount equivalent to the shipping fee. (*Product price cannot be refunded.)
