About delivery and shipping charges
Courier service (Sagawa Express) and cool delivery are handled by Yamato Transport, and some eligible products can also be delivered by Nekopos.

■ Cool delivery fee (rare meat only)
Standard shipping fee: 550 yen (tax included) + refrigerated shipping fee: 550 yen (tax included)Products will be shipped by Yamato Transport within 3 business days after your order is confirmed.
*If the total amount of products eligible for refrigerated delivery is 11,000 yen (tax included) or more, [standard shipping charges will be free], but you will be responsible for the refrigerated delivery charge of 550 yen.
*Relay fees may apply to remote islands and some areas. If you are in such an area, we will contact you separately.
* Cool delivery items and regular delivery items cannot be shipped together.
*Due to circumstances, cash on delivery is not available for products that require refrigerated delivery.
*We do not ship refrigerated parcels on Tuesdays.

Shipping fee: 272 yen (tax included) nationwide
This is a service that delivers products to your mailbox.
Cash on delivery payment and delivery date and time cannot be specified, but shipping costs are low.
*The item will be delivered to your mailbox using Japan Post's delivery network.
