The ALPHAICON Membership Program is a special membership program designed to provide each customer with a personalized brand experience.
We offer a variety of benefits to enhance your shopping experience.
Based on your shopping history at the online store, if your purchase amount meets certain conditions, you can rank up and enjoy the benefits of each rank.

You will be assigned a membership stage based on your online store purchase history.
At each membership level, you will receive special benefits.

You will earn points based on your purchases.
Accumulated points can be used for shopping at the online shop, with 1 point = 1 yen.
Points are valid for 365 days from the date of award.

As a registration bonus, you will receive 500 points when you register. These points are valid for 60 days after you register.

As a rank-up benefit, you will receive points according to your membership rank.

The purchase amount that is eligible for membership tiering is determined at the end of the fiscal year (2/1 to 1/31).
*Shipping costs are not included in point/stage assessment.
*Please note that some other products may not be eligible.

You will rank up when you reach a certain amount. February 1 marks the end of the fiscal year, and you may be ranked down.
*It may take 2-3 days for the stage to be reflected from the update date.

On January 1st of each year, the purchase amount from the previous year will be reset, but the stage you were in the previous year if you met the conditions will remain in effect.
*For example, if you meet the requirements for Bronze rank this year, you will start the next year with Bronze rank.
However, the purchase amount and number of purchases will be reset, so if you do not meet the conditions for the Bronze stage in the following year, you will be downgraded to Regular rank the year after.
