About repairs
ALPHAICON offers a repair service to help you use your valuable wear for as long as possible.
1) Things to check when requesting a repair
・Repairs are intended to restore lost functionality, not to fully restore the design or all original features.
・Depending on the condition of the item, we may have to change the specifications or use substitute materials.
・The color of the repaired area may differ.
・We do not repair products that have reached the end of their lifespan due to age-related deterioration.
・If our specialized department determines that a repair is not possible, we will return the item to you as is.
・Due to system limitations, you must request and send the repair service after your ordered product has arrived. We cannot accept repair requests at the time of your order.
2) About paid and free repairs
・Repairs due to manufacturing defects, such as initial defects, will be performed free of charge.
・All repairs due to damage caused by customer use will be charged.
3) Things to check when sending items for repair (please check before sending)
・Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending the product to us and when we send it back to the customer.
・Please ensure no items other than the repair product are included. (We cannot guarantee personal belongings if they are included.)
・Please check for dirt on the product. If the product has dirt, odor, or loose hair, it may not be possible to bring it to the sewing factory due to hygiene issues. If the product has been used outdoors, please wash it thoroughly and remove any loose hair from both the outer and inner surfaces with adhesive tape. If we determine that washing is necessary, cleaning fees will be included in the estimate. Please be aware of this beforehand.
・Only ALPHAICON dog wear is eligible for repair.
4) About repair period
・After the product arrives at our company, repairs will be completed and shipped in approximately 1 to 2 months.
・The repair period may be longer than stated above due to congestion or delays in shipping due to disasters, etc.
Repair Menu
The following repair options are available. Please choose the condition of your wear and the desired repair menu.
※Zipper repairs are not accepted by our repair service.
■Shortening Leg Length
Applicable products: ALPHAICON wear (four-legged wear)
※Please note that Dog Guard Air, Dog Guard Pro, Thermal Full Dog Guard, and Dachshund sizes (DXS~L) and Corgi sizes (CGS~L) cannot be processed due to their product structure.
Fee: 1,100 yen (tax included) per sleeve
※Depending on the cut length, width adjustment may be necessary. Width adjustment will be an additional 550 yen (tax included) per sleeve.
※Width adjustment only is not possible.
※Due to pattern limitations, there are restrictions on cut length depending on the size. If the limit is exceeded, we will inform you at the time of your request. Also, we do not accept dimensions with decimal places.
Repair Period: After the product arrives at our company, it will be shipped to the customer in approximately 1 to 2 months.
※We will propose a repair method after checking the condition of the actual item. Please understand that the repair period and estimate will be provided after the product has been checked.
※Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
■Repair of Holes/Damaged Areas
Applicable products: ALPHAICON wear
※Please note that Dog Guard Air, Dog Guard Pro, and Thermal Full Dog Guard cannot be processed due to their product structure.
※Regarding the fabric color used for repairs, if we have the same color in stock, we can use it. If not, we may use a different color of the same fabric.
※We do not repair mesh parts of Summer Cooling Series, Dog Guard Cool, Super Cooling Vest, etc.
※For Dog Guard Air and Snow Dog Guard, the outer fabric and lining will be sewn together, resulting in a repair method where the stitching is visible on the surface.
Fee: Varies depending on the size of the hole/damaged area
Small: 3cm x 3cm 1,100 yen (tax included)
Medium: 10cm x 10cm 1,650 yen (tax included)
Large: Varies depending on size and damage, from 2,200 yen (tax included)〜
Repair Period: After the product arrives at our company, it will be shipped to the customer in approximately 1 to 2 months.

■Replacement of Ribbing at Leg Opening
Applicable products: ALPHAICON wear
※Please note that Dog Guard Air 2021 model and later cannot be processed due to its product structure.
Fee (per area): Varies depending on the size of the wear.
SS〜LL 2,200 yen (tax included)
3L〜3XL 2,750 yen (tax included)
※May not be accepted depending on usage and condition.
Repair Period: After the product arrives at our company, it will be shipped to the customer in approximately 1 to 2 months.
※We will propose a repair method after checking the condition of the actual item. Please understand that the repair period and estimate will be provided after the product has been checked.
※Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
Flow from Request to Receipt
1. Please make your request via the inquiry form.
・Please provide the name of the wear to be repaired, size, color, and desired repair menu. (For sleeve shortening: front sleeve ○cm, back sleeve ○cm; for hole repair: location of repair, ○cm x ○cm)
Please provide as much detail as possible. If we determine that a repair is not possible, we will contact you again.

Inquiries are accepted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Customer support is available from 11:00 to 17:00, excluding weekends and holidays, and may be handled on the next business day depending on the situation.

※There is no指定 shipping company. We accept items sent with freight paid by the sender.
Please be sure to notify us by email of the tracking number written on the shipping slip. If you do not contact us, your package may be returned.
After checking the product, we will inform you of the repair method and estimate.
Normally, after the product arrives at our company, it will be shipped to the customer in approximately 2 months. Due to congestion or other circumstances, immediate support may not be possible.
3. After the repair is completed, we will ship the product to the customer.
Payment for repairs will be made cash on delivery. The cash on delivery fee (330 yen) and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Upon receipt of the product, please check that the product contents and repair details are correct.
