About repairs

At ALPHAICON, we want our customers to be able to use their precious clothing for a longer period of time.
We offer repair services.

1) Things to check when requesting repair

・Repairs are intended to restore lost functions, and do not restore all aspects including the design.

・Depending on the condition of the repaired product, we may have no choice but to change the specifications or use substitute materials.

・The color of the repaired part may differ.

・We do not repair products that have reached the end of their service life due to aging.

・If the specialized department determines that the item cannot be repaired, we will return the item to you.


2) Regarding paid repairs and free repairs

・If the cause of the repair is an initial defect or is caused by our production, we will repair it free of charge.

・If a problem occurs due to customer use, all repairs will be charged.


3) Items to check when shipping repaired products (Please be sure to check before shipping)

-Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when shipping the product to us and from our company to the customer.

・Are there any items other than repair items inside? (We cannot guarantee if personal items are included.)

・Please check the product for dirt. If the product is dirty, smells, or has loose hair, we may not be able to bring it to the sewing factory due to hygiene issues. If you use the product outdoors, be sure to wash it and remove any loose hair from the front and back sides with adhesive tape. If we determine that laundry is necessary, we will include the cleaning fee in your estimate. Please note.

・Repair items are limited to ALPHAICON dog wear. Please contact us separately regarding other products sold by ICONS Co., Ltd.


4) Regarding repair period

- After the product arrives at our company, the repair will be completed and delivered in approximately 1 to 2 months.

・Due to congestion during repairs or delays at transportation companies due to disasters, etc., it may take longer than the above period.

Repair menu

The repair menu includes the following. Please select the condition of the wear and desired alteration menu.

■Full leg length

Target product: ALPHAICON wear (with sleeves)
*Please note that Dog Guard Air, Dog Guard Pro, Dachshund size (DXS~L), and Corgi size (CGS~L) cannot be accepted due to the structure of the product.

Cost: 1,100 yen (tax included) per location
*Additional 550 yen (tax included) will be accepted for leg closures.
*It is not possible to only fill the leg openings.
*Please contact us if you would like to make the length extremely short.

Repair period: After the product arrives at our company, it will be shipped to the customer in about 1 to 2 months.
*We will suggest a repair method after confirming the condition of the actual item. Please note that the repair period and estimate will be provided after confirming the product.
*Customers will be responsible for the additional round-trip shipping charges.


■Repairing holes and damaged areas

Target products: All ALPHAICON wear products *The same color fabric can be used for alterations if we have it in stock. If the fabric is out of stock, the same fabric may be available in a different color.
*We do not accept alterations to the mesh parts of Summer Cooling Series, Dog Guard Cool, Super Cooling Vest, etc.

Cost: Varies depending on the size of the hole/damaged area Small 3cm x 3cm 1,100 yen (tax included)
Medium 10cm x 10cm 1,650 yen (tax included)
Large From 2,200 yen (tax included) depending on size and condition of damage

Repair period: After the product arrives at our company, it will be shipped to the customer in about 1 to 2 months.
*We will suggest a repair method after confirming the condition of the actual item. Please note that the repair period and estimate will be provided after confirming the product.
*Customers will be responsible for the additional round-trip shipping charges.


■ Leg rib replacement

Target products: All ALPHAICON wear products *Due to the structure of the product, we cannot accept Dog Guard Air 2021 models or later.

Cost (1 location): Varies depending on the size of the garment.
SS - LL 2,200 yen (tax included)
3L - 3XL 2,750 yen (tax included)
*Depending on usage and condition, we may not be able to accept your request.

Repair period: After the product arrives at our company, it will be shipped to the customer in about 1 to 2 months.
*We will suggest a repair method after confirming the condition of the actual item. Please note that the repair period and estimate will be provided after confirming the product.
*Customers will be responsible for the additional round-trip shipping charges.

Flow from request to receipt

1 Please make a request using the inquiry form.

Please fill in as much detail as possible. If it is determined that the item cannot be repaired, we will contact you again.

We accept inquiries 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We will respond to customers from 11:00 to 17:00, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and depending on the situation, we may respond the next business day.

Please be sure to email us the inquiry invoice number written on the invoice. If we do not hear from you, your package may be returned to us.
After checking the product, we will inform you of the repair method, estimate, repair period, etc.
Normally, after the product arrives at our company, it will be shipped to the customer in about one month. Depending on the congestion situation, we may not be able to respond immediately.

3 After the repair is completed, we will deliver the product to the customer.

Payment for repairs will be made by cash on delivery. C.O.D. fees will be borne by the customer.
After receiving the product, please check that there are no mistakes in the product contents, repair details, etc.
