To address the high volume of access and ensure fairness in purchasing opportunities, we have decided to introduce a lottery system in addition to the traditional general sale.
■ Application Period
Application acceptance period: December 7th (Sunday) 11:00 AM - December 14th (Sunday) 11:59 PM
*Applications will not be accepted after the application period has ended.
■ How to Apply
・During the period, select your desired size and proceed to the order page.
・After a strict lottery, winners will be notified of their win via email.
・This is not a first-come, first-served basis, so please apply within the application period.
・Limited to one application per family, and up to two items regardless of size.
■ Regarding Product Control Numbers
・This product is assigned a control number to prevent resale.
・We kindly ask that you refrain from applying or purchasing for commercial purposes.
・If you win, the product will be handed over after confirming the control number assigned to it.
■ Regarding Application Details
・If you wish to change the size, cancel, or if there is an error in your application information after applying, please contact customer support within the application period.
・Changes or cancellations due to customer's convenience will not be accepted after the application period ends.
■ Notification of Lottery Results
・Winners will be notified by email by December 21st (Sunday).
・Individual notifications will not be sent to non-winners.
・If emails cannot be received due to domain-specific reception settings, etc., the winning notification may become invalid.
■ Regarding Purchase and Payment
・For this lottery, automatic payment will be made to your registered credit card upon confirmation of winning.
・Payment methods are limited to credit cards only.
・Cancellations are not accepted after winning.
・If payment is not completed due to a settlement error, etc., the win may become invalid.
■ Regarding Product Delivery
・Products will be delivered to your registered address.
・Sequential shipping from December 22nd (Monday).
■ Important Notes
・If false information, deficiencies, or fraud are found in the application, the win will be invalidated.
・We cannot answer inquiries regarding the lottery method or winning/losing status.
・As this product is a limited sale, requests for returns or exchanges may not be accepted (excluding initial defects).
