Notice regarding changes to online sales operations

This season, for the online sale of autumn/winter products, in consideration of concentrated access and fairness of purchase opportunities, we have decided to introduce a lottery sale in addition to the conventional general sale.
The application period, winner notification, and general sale start date for each product are as follows:

・Application period: October 5th (Sun) 0:00 - October 7th (Tue) 23:59
・Winner notification: Completed by October 13th (Mon)
・General sale: October 14th (Tue) 20:00～

◾️Dog Guard Base
・Application period: October 5th (Sun) 0:00 - October 7th (Tue) 23:59
・Winner notification: Completed by October 13th (Mon)
・General sale: October 14th (Tue) 20:00～

◾️Snow Dog Guard
・Application period: October 19th (Sun) 0:00 - October 21st (Tue) 23:59
・Winner notification: Completed by October 27th (Mon)
・General sale: October 28th (Tue) 20:00～

◾️Dog Guard Air
・Application period: November 2nd (Sun) 0:00 - November 4th (Tue) 23:59
・Winner notification: Completed by November 10th (Mon)
・General sale: November 11th (Tue) 20:00～

＜How to apply for lottery sale＞
During the period, please select your desired size from the lottery sale page and proceed to the order page.
After a strict lottery, winners will be notified by email.
This is not first-come, first-served, so please apply within the application period.

*Only winners will be contacted.
*Membership registration is required to apply for the lottery.
*Up to 2 items of the same product (regardless of color/size) are allowed.
*Each person may apply for the lottery only once per product.

For other details, please check each lottery sale page.
Each lottery sale page can only be viewed during the lottery sale period.


There are no changes regarding the in-store release.
