At our directly managed stores, you will be responsible for overall store operations, focusing on customer service and sales, while clearly communicating the brand's worldview and the appeal of our products to customers.
We are looking for someone who will work with us to build the value of our brand while valuing our relationship of trust with our customers.

Main duties:・General store management tasks, mainly customer service and sales ・Basic management tasks such as creating daily reports and inventory management ・Updating and disseminating information on social media such as Instagram

Desired candidates : ・Customer service experience preferred ・Able to take responsibility as a team member and work carefully ・A bright, positive person who values communication with customers and staff

Working hours/days /working hours: 10:30-19:30 (fixed)
・Regular holidays: Every Wednesday ・Full-time work (5 days a week)
・Those who can work on weekends are welcome

Employment type : Part-time (Employee promotion system available)
・Shift system

Salary and benefits : Hourly wage: 1,300 yen, transportation expenses provided
・Trial period: 3 months (same conditions during the trial period)
・Uniforms provided ・Social insurance (health insurance and employee pension insurance) provided (only for eligible applicants)
・Workers' accident compensation insurance and employment insurance (in accordance with laws and regulations)
