【Important】Cancellation of advance sales for Snow Dog Guard and Dog Guard Air

Thank you for your interest in ALPHAICON's event appearance.
We regret to inform you that the "ALPHAICON Pre-order Sale" for the Snow Dog Guard and Dog Guard Air, which was scheduled to take place at the Hakuba Wan Wan Sports Day on Sunday, October 19th, has been canceled due to various circumstances.

The reason for the cancellation is that we have identified inappropriate behavior by some individuals with the intent of resale, which we determined could disrupt the event's operation.
To ensure a safe and secure environment for all attendees, we have, unfortunately, decided to cancel the pre-order sale.
We sincerely apologize to everyone who was looking forward to this event.

Please note that product fittings will still proceed as scheduled.
Please bring your beloved dog with you on the day of the event.

【Regarding Product Purchases】

Many of the already released products are out of stock, so you may not be able to purchase the item you desire.
We ask for your understanding in advance when you visit the event.

Furthermore, for the unreleased products "Snow Dog Guard" and "Dog Guard Air," you can apply for a lottery sale at the venue. After the lottery registration for each product, winning customers will be notified via email at a later date.
Please note that only customers accompanied by their dogs will be eligible to apply for product purchases.
