Information on in-store procedures (dog registration)

From September 12, 2025, at the Tokyo store, and from September 23, at the Sapporo store, we have partially changed our operational procedures.
We have already announced this on each store's Instagram, but we would like to inform you again on our website.
We appreciate your understanding of the following details.

We have continuously created products based on the concept of "the joy of living with your beloved dog," aiming to "help owners and their dogs live healthy lives together." These products serve as tools to support daily life, protecting them from cold and heat, and sometimes enjoying water play or mountain climbing together.

To ensure that our products reach those who truly need them, we have always thoroughly confirmed dog information at our stores.
However, in recent years, we have observed instances where some customers have engaged in inappropriate conduct towards staff when a sale could not be completed.

In response to these situations, and to maintain a comfortable environment for both customers and staff, we have, reluctantly, decided to review our operations.

[Regarding Store Operations]
・Customers purchasing ALPHAICON products will be required to present identification and register their information.
・Once registered, there is no need to present it again on subsequent visits.
・Customers who have already completed membership registration at the store are also subject to this change.

[Required Documents for Registration]
◉Identification (with photo)
　*Must match the name and address on the rabies vaccination certificate.
◉Proof of Rabies Vaccination
　Please provide one of the following:
　-Current year's "Rabies Vaccination Certificate (original)" + "Vaccination Tag (plate)"
　-If not vaccinated this year → "Previous year's (24) Vaccination Certificate (original)" + "Vaccination Tag (plate)"
　-If vaccination is not possible → "Rabies Vaccination Exemption Certificate" + "Dog Tag" OR "Combined Vaccine Certificate (original)" + "Dog Tag"

[How to Submit]
◉Identification (with photo)
•Please present it upon arrival at the store.

◉Proof of Rabies Vaccination
・Please present it upon arrival at the store, or submit a video of it via the LINE member page before your visit.

*For certificates issued overseas, please note that the listed items may differ from Japanese certificates, which may cause delays in confirmation or make it impossible to process your request.
Additionally, please be aware that delivery to your overseas home address may be required.

We have received patronage from many customers. We will strive to maintain a safe shopping environment with your cooperation.
