Information on in-store procedures (dog registration)

Thank you very much for your continued patronage.
We have partially updated our operating procedures at our Tokyo store effective September 12, 2025, and at our Sapporo store effective September 23, 2025.
While this has already been announced on each store's Instagram, we would like to provide this notification again on our website.
We kindly ask that you review the information below.

Guided by our desire for "owners and their dogs to live healthy lives together," we have continued to create products based on the concept of "the joy of living with your dog," serving as tools to support your daily life—protecting them from the heat and cold, and joining you for activities like water play and hiking.

To ensure our products reach those who truly need them, we have always been diligent about verifying information regarding customers' dogs at our stores.
However, in recent years, we have confirmed cases of inappropriate behavior toward our staff by a small number of customers when we are unable to complete a sale.

In response to this situation, and to protect a store environment where customers can shop with peace of mind and maintain a safe working environment for the staff who serve you every day, we have reluctantly decided to revise our operating procedures.

【Regarding Store Operations】
・Those wishing to purchase ALPHAICON products must present a certificate and register their information.
・Once registered, you will not need to present these documents again on future visits.
・This also applies to customers who have already completed membership registration at our stores.

【Required Documents for Registration】
◉ Identification (with a photo)
　*Must match the name and address on the rabies vaccination certificate
◉ Proof of Rabies Vaccination
　Please provide one of the following:
　- Current year's "Rabies Vaccination Certificate (original)" + "Vaccination Tag (plate)"
　- If not yet vaccinated this year → "2025 Vaccination Certificate (original)" + "Vaccination Tag (plate)"
　- If unable to vaccinate → "Rabies Vaccination Exemption Certificate" + "Dog License" OR "Combined Vaccine Certificate (original)" + "Dog License"

【Submission Method】
◉ Identification (with a photo)
・Please present this at the time of your visit.

◉ Proof of Rabies Vaccination
・Please present this at the time of your visit, or submit it via video through the LINE member page before you come to the store.

*Please note that for certificates issued overseas, the items listed may differ from those in Japan, which may require time for verification or may result in us being unable to process your request.
Additionally, please be aware that we may need to ship items to your overseas residence.

With your cooperation, we will continue to strive to maintain a store environment where everyone can shop with peace of mind.

Purchasing products for profit-making purposes not only hinders us from delivering products to owners who truly need them, but can also lead to life-threatening situations for dogs living in regions with severe heat or cold.
