Information for Customers Residing Overseas Using Our Store

Thank you for your continued support of ALPHAICON.

In recent years, we have welcomed many customers visiting Japan from overseas, and the number of inquiries from international customers has been increasing annually. 
Until now, we have handled inquiries from international customers on a case-by-case basis, as the types and contents of certificates vary significantly by country. Because of this, we did not provide public guidance on this matter.

However, due to the rise in inquiries and instances where our information was insufficient, leading to confusion or uncertainty regarding the procedures, we have decided to publish these guidelines for customers residing outside Japan who wish to use our stores.

【Documents Required for Registration】

・If you are not accompanied by your dog

◉ Dog ID card (including electronic ID) or vaccination certificate

Must include the owner’s name, dog’s name, and breed.

◉ Visit Japan Web screen or passport

Must match the information listed on your dog's certificate.

・If you are accompanied by your dog

◉ Quarantine certificate

◉ Visit Japan Web (screen showing your name and duration of stay) or passport

Must match the information listed on the quarantine certificate.

※At our directly managed stores, all customers—whether residing in Japan or overseas—are required to register their dog upon their first purchase.
