We are issuing this notice to ensure that our customers can use ALPHAICON products with peace of mind.

We have recently confirmed multiple instances of products being sold on the Chinese e-commerce site "TAOBAO" that use the ALPHAICON brand name, product images, and other related materials.
Similar cases have also been identified on other overseas e-commerce websites and online flea market sites.

These sales websites and sellers are not our authorized retailers and have no affiliation with our company whatsoever.

Regarding the products we have inspected, even those featuring an ALPHAICON tag were found to differ from our genuine products in terms of materials, specifications, and sizing, confirming that they are not authentic items manufactured or sold by us.

Additionally, we have received multiple reports from customers stating that:
・They received a product different from the one shown in the images.
・They received something resembling waste material instead of the product.

We are currently working with relevant authorities to investigate and address these matters.
