いつもALPHAICONをご愛顧いただき、誠に有難うございます。

お客様に安心してALPHAICON製品をご使用いただくため、このたび注意喚起をさせていただきます。

現在、中国ECサイト「TAOBAO（淘宝）」において、ALPHAICONのブランド名や商品画像等を使用した商品の販売が複数確認されております。
また、上記以外の海外ECサイトやフリマサイト等においても、同様の事例が複数確認されております。

これらの販売サイトおよび販売者は、いずれも弊社の正規販売店ではなく、弊社とは一切関係ございません。

弊社で確認した商品におきましても、ALPHAICONのタグが付いているにもかかわらず、使用されている生地や仕様、サイズ展開などが弊社製品とは異なり、弊社が製造・販売した正規品ではないことを確認しております。

またお客様からは、
・商品画像とは異なる商品が届いた
・商品ではなく、廃材のようなものが届いた
などのご報告も複数いただいております。

現在、関係各所と連携し、調査および対応を進めております。

Important Notice: Beware of Unauthorized Products Using the ALPHAICON Brand

Thank you for your continued support of ALPHAICON.

To ensure that our customers can purchase and use genuine ALPHAICON products with confidence, we would like to share the following important notice.

We have confirmed multiple listings on the Chinese e-commerce platform TAOBAO that use the ALPHAICON brand name and product images without authorization. Similar cases have also been identified on other overseas e-commerce websites and online marketplaces.

None of these sellers or websites are authorized ALPHAICON retailers and they have no affiliation whatsoever with our company.

Based on products we have obtained and examined, although some items bear ALPHAICON tags, we have confirmed that the fabrics, specifications, and size ranges differ from those of our genuine products. These items are not authentic products manufactured or sold by ALPHAICON.

We have also received multiple reports from customers regarding issues such as:

Receiving products that differ from those shown in the product images.
Receiving items made from fabric remnants or materials that differ from those advertised.

We are currently working with the relevant parties to investigate these cases and take appropriate measures.
