海外在住のお客様の店舗ご利用について
いつもALPHAICONをご愛顧いただき、誠に有難うございます。 近年、海外から日本へお越しのお客様にも多数ご来店いただいており、海外のお客様からのお問い合わせも年々増えております。 これまで海外のお客様につきましては、国によって証明書の種類や記載内容が大きく異なることから、公でのご案内は行わず、その都度個別にご案内をさせていただいておりました。 しかし、お問い合わせを多くいただくようになったことに加え、ご案内が十分ではなかったことでお手続きに関してご不安や誤解を招いてしまう場面もございました。 そのため、このたび海外在住のお客様の店舗ご利用に関するご案内を掲載させていただきます。
【ご登録時に必要な書類】
・愛犬を同伴されていない場合
◉ 愛犬のIDカード（電子IDを含む）、またはワクチン証明書
飼い主様のお名前、愛犬のお名前、犬種の記載があるもの
◉ Visit Japan またはパスポート
愛犬の証明書に記載されている情報と一致するもの
・愛犬同伴の場合
◉ 検疫証明書
◉ Visit Japan（氏名・滞在期間が確認できる画面）またはパスポート
検疫証明書に記載されている情報と一致するもの

In recent years, we have welcomed an increasing number of customers visiting Japan from overseas, and inquiries from international customers have continued to grow each year.
Until now, we have provided guidance to overseas customers on a case-by-case basis, as the types of certificates and the information they contain can vary significantly depending on the country or region. For this reason, we had not previously published official information regarding registration requirements.
However, as the number of inquiries has increased, we have also recognized that the information available may not always have been sufficient, which in some cases may have caused uncertainty or misunderstandings regarding the registration process.
To provide clearer guidance, we would like to share the following information for customers residing outside Japan who wish to shop at our stores.
【Required Documents for Registration】
■ If Your Dog Is Not Accompanying You
◉ Dog Identification Card (including electronic ID) or Vaccination Certificate
The document must include:

Owner's name

Dog's name
-
Breed
◉ Visit Japan Web or Passport
The information must match the details shown on your dog's identification card or vaccination certificate.
■ If Your Dog Is Accompanying You
◉ Animal Quarantine Certificate
◉ Visit Japan Web (showing your name and period of stay in Japan) or Passport
The information must match the details shown on the quarantine certificate.
Please note that certificate formats and required information may vary depending on your country or region. If your documents differ from the requirements listed above, please feel free to contact us. We will review your documents individually and provide assistance as needed.
Please also note that all customers, regardless of whether they reside in Japan or overseas, are required to register their dog before making their first purchase at our directly operated stores.
